Nurse Practitioner at Pain Care Boise

Erin grew up in Northern California where she was an avid swimmer and water polo player. As a former athlete, she understands that importance of health and wellness. This passion has inspired a career in healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, she cared for many patients with traumatic injuries that progressed to debilitating chronic pain. Her desire to improve quality of life ultimately led her to Pain Care Boise.

Ms. Welch attended undergraduate school at the University of California, Davis. She completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing at the Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, Ca. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification in 2012 from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her professional memberships include the Nurse Practitioners of Idaho and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She started her Nurse Practitioner career in Family Medicine and Women’s Health. In 2016, Erin moved to Idaho and transitioned into Pain Medicine. She is a welcome addition to Pain Care Boise with her background and her quest for improving patients’ lives.

Ms. Welch enjoys exploring Idaho and partaking in all the seasonal activities that it has to offer. Family is also very important to Erin. She often spends time with loved ones in California and Massachusetts. Appreciating the active lifestyle and good health that they enjoy keeps her focused upon pursuing the best of health outcomes for all of her patients.
